Did we hang Kasab or just his body?
Body was just a tool. Do you punish the gun AK47 or AK 57 that really really discharged the bullets? Kasab was a tool in the hands of perpetrators of terror when so could you punish the terrorism promoting perpetrator? That is the crux.
in fact mumbai security agencies failed to protect the sea shore from being used by gang of hired men. Remember hired men and they got wages like any hired killers a common feature in mumbai where rival politicians use hired implementors have we hanged any such politicians when not what is great of hanging Kasab you did?

world economy what is like too soon!
first of all we all will find world is reeling under pressure for money and certainly not for real goods and services at comfortable levels. that means subsidies over subsidies will increase, that means inflation will grow step by step, meaning soon to increase pressure on money supply preferentially, perennially.
That is the big story of inflationary economics.
Kaushik basu as world bank economist may say allow inflation.Soon countries will face music when inflation becomes stagflation.
Economists pay with paper money , like match box labels bundles.
One things will certainly cause the demand to chase supply of commodities and goods while their supplies will just grow in arithmetical progression while demands will grow in geometrical progression.
see for example people will buy cars more than the capacity of roads to allow traffic and soon you need to build more infrastructure of roads, bridges and then you will engage highway police petrol and for it you will have to put electric poles to provide lights in nights as nights cannot be banned at all. Electrical energy will have to be increased to provide energy which in turn will increase consumption and electrical energy generation has to be augmented by opening nuclear power stations with the help of nuclear thermal power plants and for which you need uranium and you have to procure uranium. For running stations you need highly qualified operators and engineers/scientists and the have to be paid suitable remuneration. yea you need more high level generation of higher educational standards universities and colleges and like this the story goes on meaning more and more paper currency pumped in without supporting resources.. that way in almost every area of activities,like 'Kaupeena samrakshana' perennially .

The story of Indian Express is timely. Today Indira Gandhi assassination anniversary. All the more important day to check into all details of the book by suitable SC ordered investigation, as former PM Rajiv was assassinated at Sriperumpudhur in TN where then state was ruled by DMK as an elected government and it was a world known fact the DMK was openly supporting LTTE freedom struggle in Sri Lanka then and why even today and in fact it was a clear interference in an another sovereign country.
Why DMK cancelled the already planned meetings as also Karunanidhi was to be at srioeri=unpudur on the day Rajiv was addressing a meeting and it was a protocol the state CM need to be present in the meeting as Rahjiv was the prime minister then of India .
Karthikeyan as head of SIT should have allowed the investigation then and there as SIT head must have allowed investigator to probe why CM Karunanidhi could not be present at Rajiv's meeting at Sriperumpudur meeting which he addressed being the then PM of India.
In fact kartikeyan miserably caused a dereliction of duty imposed upon him and he also need be booked under constitutional proprieties and as Crimes do not sugger under limitation law. So the CJI og SC o India need order under Suo Motu jurisdiction issue relevant Notices to all concerned accused og conspiracy by no less a person very CBI investigator and by his admission in his book published book which is an evidence as it is in public domain.
I would urge upon the very present PM, Home Minister, Law Minister and the present President og India as also the CJI o supreme court og India to lend credibility to criminal justice delivery system as also reexamine the case o the Lady in vellore jail as she was a mercenary like a soldier to LTTE while real conspirators are elsewhere in India as good 'Samaritans' as accused in the book.
I will urge upon every reader need to give necessary publicity as a patron citizen of India, as it is the bound and duty of any right thinking citizen of India to get at things duly get investigated else there will be a indelible mark of incredulity on Indian democracy. this i say as a supreme court of India counsel as also advocate of Bombay High Court

CORRUPTION!
Today world tops in corruption of all kinds right from personal health.
Money of all kinds is worshiped but people lost balance with human body as also its balances with exercises like swimming, brisk walks for 1 or 2 miles should be in their daily regimen.
Money is needed but never become slave for moneys but have some balance.
See today every IT worker on in IT industry screw their own individual health world over due to their addiction to new type of living unlike normal industry people due to new lifestyles.

I read today an article on SunnyNews of Vashi, Navi mumbai india by Mr Thomas on 'Janata dharbar..' ans is extra constitutionalism, that durbar adopts. True view expressed by writer from USA Mr.Thomas.
I fully support his view that Janatha Durbar should be excised by Constitutional Courts in India, Constitution of India never granted such illusory ideas of justice. If this continues, naturally peoples' courts will surface not clandestinely as of now by Naxalites but openly by people.
If politicians in power are allowed by a Nelson's eye by Judiciary in India, that if does not take cognizance of this durbar menace, then things will just go out of hand.
There i also read an editorial in the latest issue dated 16th December issue, that a commoner attacked Sharad Pawar a Union Minster by openly slapping him in public and that man is put behind bars and tortured by police.
The question arises why the court did not give him bail. He got angry at the minister's food administration fiasco. He is not a terrorist but he was a person affected by exorbitant prices of food grains. The question arises if a person questions a politician for his genuine essentials for living like food, will the law allow that man be incarcerated?
So it is high time peoples' issues are not solved by government and not questioned by law courts, will it not lead to anarchy.
So, readers of this blog should raise a hue and cry and bring it to the notice of constitutional courts to suo motu take up issues by Writ law under judicial activism, as the janata durbars misused the durbars o punish common man by summary action illegallly supported by lolice and other executive authorities.
PM MMS said to give him time to bring the economy on tracks can any believe him if he does not take cognizance of these so called janata durbars and police arresting common man like the one who slapped Sharad Pawar by not allowing him bail, as he wanted food at affordable prices which that minister consistently failed.
