Rajiv Gandhi assassination: Former CBI officer questions Karunanidhi’s role - Indian Express

The story of Indian Express is timely.  Today Indira Gandhi assassination anniversary. All the more important day to check into all details of the book by suitable SC ordered investigation, as former PM Rajiv was assassinated at Sriperumpudhur in TN where then state was ruled by DMK as an elected government and it was a world known fact the DMK was openly supporting LTTE freedom struggle in Sri Lanka then and why even today and in fact it was a clear interference in an another sovereign country.
Why DMK cancelled the already planned meetings as also Karunanidhi was to be at srioeri=unpudur on the day Rajiv was addressing a meeting and it was a protocol the state CM need to be present in the meeting as Rahjiv was the prime minister then of India .
Karthikeyan as head of SIT should have allowed the investigation then and there as SIT  head must have allowed investigator to probe why CM Karunanidhi could not be present at Rajiv's meeting at Sriperumpudur meeting which he addressed being the then PM of India.
In fact kartikeyan miserably caused a dereliction of duty imposed upon him and he also need be booked under constitutional proprieties and as Crimes do not sugger under limitation law. So the CJI og SC o India need order under Suo Motu jurisdiction  issue relevant Notices to all concerned accused og conspiracy by no less a person very CBI investigator and by his admission in his book published book which is an evidence as it is in public domain.

I would urge upon the very present PM, Home Minister, Law Minister and the present President og India as also the CJI o supreme court og India to lend credibility to criminal justice delivery system as also reexamine the case o the Lady in vellore jail as she was a mercenary  like a soldier to LTTE while real conspirators are elsewhere in India as good 'Samaritans' as accused in the book.

I will urge upon every reader need to give necessary publicity as a patron citizen of India, as it is the bound and duty of any right thinking citizen of India to get at things duly get investigated else there will be a indelible mark of incredulity on Indian democracy. this i say as a supreme court of India counsel as also advocate of Bombay High Court
