The story is indeed thought provoking. Right to education is one has a definite right to get educated under any mode, that government cannot question as education itself is a fundamental right under indian constitution. I have been studying in USA how the early child care is handled. Parents go for jobs. There are no grand parents necessarily to look after their children. So Early child education is here in USA. Every child care is manned by well trained Early childhood teacher, called lead teacher.Indeed they are really very highly qualified as they are expected to see the child has to be very carefully handled with necessary infrastructure of care center. Center handles child from 15days old to 8 years child. Yes the centre cannot have more than 10 children as adequate attention is needed for child, as it takes from diapering to proper upkeep of the child with necessary level of teaching of living habits followed by reasonable education, as here in these centers one finds autistic and special needs children. These centers necessarily have lead teachers indeed well qualified in early education. The children once graduate from the centers join schools with well developed IQ and the children performance in primary schools are really very good. Incidentally when i come back to india in February i think of running a workshop for such kind of centers like the one in the above news and myself being a consulting psychologist, i hope i can help such kind of NGOs. I am an young man of 71 years of age but it is my hobby to develop the child as the present day child will be the future citizens of any country and if the present day child is carefully tended naturally their contribution to their country will indeed be great ans memorable i believe.. i can be contacted on my email.rapidanalysts@gmail.com.
Today the 26 January say republic day is celebrated. The republic has to give its children good education more than money. Educated child is indeed wealth of Nation. Child care is a very much needed activity, that has to be nurtured.
