sad the Lokpal bill kitchadi concept shows how we are still backward in properly conceiving bills to make sensible laws i mean Acts in place. CBI need not come under Lokpal as Lok pal just deals with corruption only. Government of india law ministry seems yet to know law making though most of them advocates f one barcouncil or other!
This reminds me the parliamentarians are just like regular state legislators only. State legislators say we can afford to make wrong Acts let judiciary rectify. That kind i do not accept at Lok Sabha. Even after 60+ years of independence and as Republic we are yet to qualify in making laws. Sad
